1. Order Processing and Dispatch
At Daiko Wellness Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your wellness products promptly. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of order placement. Our business hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of these hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframe
We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery across India. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹399: Eligible for free shipping.
- Orders up to ₹399: A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.
4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Daiko Wellness Private Limited is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Tracking Deliveries Marked as Delivered
If your tracking details show "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact our customer service team immediately within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered. This prompt communication allows us to work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue effectively.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team promptly. In the rare event that a shipment is lost, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
